Installation and use of the Cell-Mate

  To Install Cell-Mate

  1. Clean back of phone
  2. Remove protective backing from Velcro pad.

 For Flip Phones

Center and align Velcro towards the top of the phone. Press on firmly.

For Flat Phones

Center and align Velcro towards the middle of the phone. Press on firmly.
(On home phones, make sure Velcro does not interfere with charging cradle).

 Using Cell-Mate

Flip Phones - Open Cell-Mate all the way (2 clicks).
Flat Phones - Open Cell-Mate to middle position (1 click).
*Some larger flat phones and home phones work better opened all the way (2clicks).

  • Positioning Cell-Mate for use

     

    Place the rubber end of the arm on the inside of the shoulder muscle. Then tilt your head into the phone until it feels secure. (See illustration)

    *On flat phones, lean more on earpiece rather than chin area for a more secure fit.

     Adjust the positioning of the phone and arm so that it feels comfortable to you. Once you find the right position, using Cell-Mate will become quick and natural!

    *Cell-Mate can be adjusted up or down on Velcro for better positioning.

    To remove Cell-Mate, grab large portion of base and pull to the side.

    Standing in front of a mirror when positioning Cell-Mate for the first time is very helpful!

    Special Feature! Cell-Mate can be used for desktop viewing on phones with horizontal screens by turning Cell-Mate sideways using the Velcro fastener.

Finding that sweet spot on the shoulder is easy with just a little practice.





The velcro attachment can be removed from the phone without leaving any residue on the phone.
